HOW IT WORKS

SOLD OUT for 2025.   Come see us at the Quemado Farmers’ Market for individual USDA processed cuts.  
 * We have a limited number of pigs available each year, so pre-ordering is the best way to secure your order.  You may also purchase a whole pig for processing yourself.

* We charge $3/lb live weight, plus processing costs.

* A whole pig averages 225-250 pounds ($675-$750).  That will be about 115-194 pounds of take home cuts, depending on your processing. 

* Processing is usually about $1.20 per hanging weight pound.  (About $300 per whole pig, depending on your processing)

RESERVE YOURS NOW:

* To reserve your whole or half, we take a $100 deposit per half now, with the remainder due when the pig is processed.
